My Approach 

Psychosynthesis Counselling offers a space to connect with ourselves and discover a sense of wholeness.
As an Integrative therapy it combines positive mindset, life coaching, meditation and deep breathing for calm and peace. 

​I work with stress, anxiety, grief, change, confidence and self esteem.
