Qualified in Psychosynthesis Counselling, I work with mind, body and soul including Relaxation Meditation and Guided Visualisation. Psychosynthesis works towards positive and lasting change and enhances Willpower. As an Integrative model of therapy, I also work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
