Sessions begin from a place of awareness, focusing on what you want and need to work with. For example, enhancing calm, peace, coping with change, health anxiety and increasing well being. Finding your way through grief or loss of any kind. To feel more positive and experience better mood and outlook. A desire to manage and control addictive patterns and live a healthier more fulfilling life.
How it works
Short term counselling is based around a 6 - 12 weeks duration. You may only need limited support, or prefer the option of the 12 week period. We can discuss what feels right for you and review it on an ongoing basis.
Working with solution focused strategies, we will address your counselling needs in an empowering way.
Sessions include insight techniques, life skills, meditation and guided visualisation.
You may have a clear sense of what you want to work with, or a underlying need for support. At initial contact we can talk through what you need from counselling and find out if and how this model can assist you.
