We work towards your happiness and goals. Qualified in Psychosynthesis Counselling, and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Life Coach, we work with mind, body and soul. An Integrative approach including relaxation and meditation, visualisation, dealing with stress, anxiety, loss and grief and working towards positive change and enhancing Willpower.
